When home life feels strained, a teenager seems increasingly hard to reach, or the pressure of holding everything together is becoming too much, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Lara offers teenagers, parents and adults a warm, practical and non-judgmental space to make sense of what is really going on. Teenagers have someone outside the roles of parent and teacher who will listen without lecturing, while adults have room to step back from the demands around them and find a clearer way forward. Lara is a Johannesburg-based Master Life Coach registered with the International Coaches Register. She brings more than a decade of coaching experience and close to three decades of wider professional and business experience to her work, and sees clients both in person and online.
