Moms and Babes is a play activity programme developed by an Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist specifically for babies in their first year.
The programme is offered once a week and includes:
• Guided play and exploration with age-appropriate toys
• Easy-to-do exercises for Mom and Baby
• Fun and movement to music
• “Feeling” experiences to educate the sense of touch
• Outdoor play, gross motor activities and obstacle courses
• Valuable socialisation and information sharing for moms
• Baby massage
• Making simple and effective toys for tiny babies
• Information articles by Occupational and Physiotherapist
Other fun activities offered at the Workshop include:
• Lectures/talks by professionals on various baby topics
• Photographic sessions by a professional baby and child photographer
• First aid courses for babies and toddlers
