The founder, Sinta Ebersohn is an Internationally Accredited Post Traumatic Growth Specialist: Mentor, Trauma Debriefing Specialist, Resilience Practitioner, Complimentary Therapist, Holistic Wellness Counsellor, Strategic Life Coach and Parenting Coach. Her passion is to teach parents and their families how to create a mindset and life-style of consciously cultivating resilience.
She believes that when life knocks us down, we have to Get Up and Grow. That means we have to identify how the adversity or traumatic experience is impacting all aspects of our lives (especially our parenting), uncover the valuable life lessons that are hidden underneath the challenges and integrate that learning into our adult selves. When we set this intention, we will always be ever-better parents to our children.
Get Up and Grow is a membership community that offers a wealth of information in blog posts, a variety of resources such as books, films, tools, exercises, holistic wellness practices and practical tests as well as online courses, workshops, interviews and other a host of other events to guide and support families through whatever adversity or trauma they are facing.
