The teenage years can be exciting, messy, challenging and sometimes downright difficult — for teenagers and for the people raising them.

Your teen may be struggling with confidence, friendships, pressure, relationships, or simply trying to work out who they are and where they fit. Or perhaps you’re the one wondering how to support them when your best advice falls on deaf ears, a simple conversation turns into an argument, or ends with a slammed bedroom door.

That’s where I come in.

I’m Lara, the coach behind Crossroads Life Coaching, with over 10 years of experience working with people through the challenges and turning points that life brings.

With teenagers, my focus is on building genuine confidence and resilience, navigating relationships and boundaries, and developing practical tools for dealing with the very real pressures of growing up. I also work with parents who need their own sounding board, a fresh perspective, or some practical help finding their way through the teenage years alongside their child.

And sometimes it’s the parent who needs support for themselves. My work isn’t limited to teens and parenting — I also coach adults facing their own crossroads, whether in their personal lives, relationships or careers.
