For Our Toddler dance classes, pre-studio we incorporate many different concepts to ensure aid in your child’s development while having fun.

At this age, toddler dance is not ‘formal’ and is based on movement and dance concepts. It enhances your little ones physical, communication, social, and emotional development. With the exercises we do in our classes you will see that it is a lovely way to introduce dance and music, this then leads to body awareness, rhythm, interaction, and stimulation. We use ballet fundementals. Seeing the little ones in their ballerina outfits is adorable.

Balance, posture, and all appropriate physical interactions within the classes help with your toddler’s overall well-being. We include songs with actions which is also great for stimulating auditory development.

We have a set curriculum which we use and this also includes the use of props. Examples; scarves, wands, crowns, beanbags just to name a few.Each child will also receive a colouring picture to match the week’s theme and a sticker to take home.

This is a wonderful chance to let your little dancer enjoy dancing and learning the ballet fundamentals. With encouragement and confidence for joining a studio at a later stage once they are ready. It is also a great way to make new friends. The best part of all is having fun ☺
