Life is a magnificent journey, but without the tools to navigate our way through it, we can find it quite tough and, at times, unbearably treacherous. We need lessons, tools, information, and practical applications on how to navigate what can be an unbelievable journey.

Our emotional, mental, and spiritual sides of life are just as important as our academic side. This 7-week course is the start, the seed, that we will grow together into a beautiful, strong, and capable human, growing the topics and principles below so we can love living this one life we have to live.
