EduHelp is a South African educational support space dedicated to equipping learners from age 4 through university. Founded in 2009 by Melissa van Hal, an integrative health, wellness, and learning specialist, EduHelp offers tailored strategies and compassionate support to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. In 2023, Loudine Heunis collaborated with Melissa by expanding services to the Garden Route area and incorporating academic writing coaching and editing.

EduHelp’s services encompass individualised learning support, educational wellness, counselling, and enrichment programs. The facility focuses on integrating academic, social, cognitive, and family wellness to create personalised programs that address each learner’s unique strengths and challenges. This holistic approach aims to build resilience, confidence, and personal growth, making learning accessible and enjoyable.

In addition to direct support services, EduHelp offers workshops for education and parenting, covering a wide range of topics designed to empower parents, learners, and educators. These workshops provide actionable insights and tools for creating supportive environments that foster academic and personal development.

EduHelp also produces a podcast series titled “Spilling the Educational Tea,” where Melissa and Loudine discuss various educational topics, share their experiences, and provide guidance to students and parents navigating the educational landscape.

Overall, EduHelp is committed to meeting learners where they are, celebrating their unique strengths, and working collaboratively to set practical, achievable goals. By fostering self-efficacy and independence, EduHelp strives to make learning a meaningful and fulfilling experience for all.
