The power of Pycnogenol: Enhancing sperm health naturally with Prelox

If you’re male and in a partnership that’s struggling to conceive you should know you’re not alone. In South Africa, one in 6 couples are diagnosed with infertility and, in up to 60% of these cases, the stumbling block sits before the male, often due to a lack of quality sperm. This is where Prelox by Lamelle Pharmaceuticals comes in, but first, let’s unpack what it means to be a man with healthy “swimmers”. Understanding male fertility  Male fertility is not only determined by the quantity of sperm but also by their quality. Factors such as sperm count, motility, and morphology (the way the sperm is shaped) play important roles if you’re wanting to see two blue lines on that pregnancy test. Lifestyle choices, stress, and the fact that sperm quality decreases significantly after 50 can all impact these factors, leading to decreased fertility in men. Prelox – a natural yet effective solution Prelox is an international, innovative blend of all-natural ingredients, including Pycnogenol and L-arginine, that work synergistically to support male reproductive health. Pycnogenol, derived from French maritime pine bark – patented to Lamelle Pharmaceuticals – is one of the most powerful antioxidants known to man. Studies have shown it does an outstanding job of helping to protect sperm from oxidative stress, a common factor contributing to many cases of infertility. As for Pycnogenol’s co-star, L-arginine, this natural amino acid, enhances its effects by stimulating your body’s production of nitric oxide (NOS). This dramatically improves sperm health and includes the added bonus of improving the quality of your erections. A win-win if you want to make a baby! Expect improved sperm count, motility and morphology  Studies have shown that taking Prelox for just 30 days could increase your number of healthy sperm by as much as 150% and boost motility by 55%. Sperm motility, the ability of sperm to move efficiently, is vital for successful conception, especially when you consider the distance they have to travel. In relation to their size, they really do have a long way to go and it’s important to move fast!  The shape and structure of sperm are referred to as their morphology and this can also have a big impact on fertility. Healthy, happy sperm will have a long tail that helps them wiggle their way to the egg and an oval-shaped head that helps them implant in it. If you’re producing poorly shaped sperm, it’s going to struggle with its mission so you’ll be glad to know Prelox generates 93% more optimally-shaped sperm.  Here’s to healthier sperm, naturally  As more couples face challenges in conceiving, the importance of addressing male fertility cannot be overstated. If you’re wanting a boost – with no negative side effects – Prelox stands out as a natural yet potent and proven supplement offering new hope to those on the path to parenthood.

Bring back the spark with Lady Prelox

Many consider a women’s 30s to be their “sexual prime” – but is it really? Most will tell you it’s the most stressful time of their life, whether they’re working hard to keep up with ever increasing costs or running ragged to raise a family. While you don’t have to be a scientist to know that stress and your sex drive are inextricably linked, there are loads of studies to prove it regardless. A lot of this has to do with the cortisol connection. When stress is chronic, the body leans on your sex hormones to meet the increased demands for higher cortisol production. The result? A huge dampener on your sexual spark. Worse yet, constantly pumping out cortisol is the fast-track to narrowing your arteries which negatively affects your blood circulation. So, what’s a busy woman to do? Clearly, if you want to heat things up between the sheets you’ll want to get a handle on your stress levels. But we’re not going to tell you how to do that. You’ve been doing your best to survive a pandemic, chances are you have already have a meditation app on your phone. Also, managing your stress levels isn’t the only way to improve your cardiovascular system and boost your sexual health. If it’s good, healthy blood flow that you’re after, consider a potent and proven supplement like Lady Prelox. Ignite the spark! Lady Prelox is an all-natural oestrogen-free supplement clinically proven to enhance blood flow to the clitoris to improve sexual satisfaction. During trials, 60% of women saw an improvement in as little as four weeks. After two months, a whopping 78% reported increased sexual desire, arousal, satisfaction and reduction in vaginal dryness. What’s in the mix The result of years of research, Lady Prelox contains the powerhouse antioxidant Pycnogenol. Derived from French Maritime Pine Bark Extract, it’s a brilliant oxidative stress-buster that can help improve circulation. Lady Prelox also contains L-Citrulline and L-Arginine, two non-essential amino acids that work together to increase your body’s nitric oxide production. This helps improve blood flow to your clitoris, creating an increase in pressure that’s essential to orgasm.  The bottom line  Life is busy. You’re stressed. We get it. But you deserve to enjoy a healthy and fulfilling sex life, especially since intimately connecting with your partner is one of the best stress-busters around. So, if you’re looking to re-ignite your relationship, consider Lady Prelox. You only need to take two capsules a day and there are no negative side-effects – but you’ll have everything to gain, including your sexual spark! www.preloxrange.co.za *data on file

Could Prelox be your all-natural fertility solution?

Couples trying to conceive without any joy will know how bittersweet celebratory events like Mother’s Day and Father’s Day can feel. After all, when you decide it’s time to start and family and things don’t come easy, it creates so much emotional trauma. Fortunately, you’re not alone. Millions of people struggle with fertility and, globally, infertility rates are rising with as many as 1 in 7 couples facing the challenge. Still, there’s a big stigma attached to infertility in that it’s seen as a “female problem”. Many hear of a couple that’s battling to have a baby and their first thought is that they’re probably dealing with a gynaelogical concern on the woman’s side. The truth, however, is that infertility affects both sexes almost equally – about one-third of cases can be attributed to men and another third are accounted for by women. Don’t lose hope Fortunately, “infertility” doesn’t haven’t to be a final diagnosis. Thanks to rapid innovations in health, an increasing number of couples are experiencing the “baby joy” they once suspected was impossible. However, for many, their journey doesn’t have to follow the imagined route of “we’re struggling – let’s head straight to IVF, do not pass go”. Millions of couples face fertility challenges due to problems that can be relatively simple to solve. As an example, often, the cause for a lack of fertility in men is sub-optimal sperm health, something that’s perfectly treatable. After all, one of the biggest threats to top quality sperm is oxidative stress caused by cell-damaging free radicals. (These damage the sperm’s head and tail, making it difficult to swim and successfully implant itself in an egg.)  Modern life makes free radical avoidance impossible – they’re literally in the air – but you can limit their destruction in a big way while significantly boosting sperm health with a proven male fertility supplement like Prelox. An all-natural solution Created by Lamelle Pharmaceuticals, Prelox contains all-natural ingredients including the super antioxidant, Pycnogenol. Aside from being potent, it’s also proven. One double-blind clinical trial showed that, after taking Prelox for just one month, men generated 93% more healthy, normally-formed sperm with a 55,5% improvement in motility. That’s a huge boost! Prelox also contains the amino acid L-Arginine that stimulates the creation of endothelial nitric oxide (e-NOS), an enzyme that can dramatically enhance sperm motility, literally increasing its ability to “swim” the long distance it has to travel to reach the egg. The bottom line Ultimately, if you’re trying to conceive without success, both you and your partner should make an appointment to chat with your doctors. As we said, infertility affects both men and women, almost equally. Still, while many things could contribute to the problem in both partners, it’s often merely a case of low quality sperm. In this case, you might be one of the many couples that can rectify this with a simple yet incredibly effective supplement, Prelox. It doesn’t require a prescription and there are no negative side effects. This way, you’d have nothing to lose and, potentially, everything to gain – including a bouncing bundle of joy. www.preloxrange.co.za

Beat hot flashes naturally with Lady Prelox

When you hear about hot flashes, most women immediately think “menopause” and reckon it’s something they’d only have to worry about in their mid to late 40s. Thing is, this annoying, make-up ruining, life-interrupting symptom can affect you as early as your late 30s during perimenopause, the lead up to your final period. Even more annoying? While, on average, perimenopause lasts around 4 to 6 years, it can bother you for as long as 10. That’s a long time to want to walk around with a fan in your handbag but, happily, you don’t have to. Lady Prelox, an all-natural supplement developed especially for women, has been proven to help alleviate hot flashes. But before we get into why it’s a brilliant solution to an age-old problem, let’s first chat about why your body’s thermostat feels like it’s running wild and what you can do to temper it.  Hormones and hot flashes   When you enter perimenopause, a time when your ovaries start to run low on eggs, you can expect hormonal fluctuations that trigger a laundry list of symptoms. These include mood changes, a loss of libido, vaginal dryness, trouble concentrating, exhaustion, migraines, insomnia, night sweats and the aforementioned “super fun” hot flashes.  Fortunately, there are lots of things you can do to improve your experience as you transition into the period-free part of your life. For starters, don’t underestimate the importance of a healthy diet and getting enough exercise. You also definitely don’t want to smoke. While the increased risk of cancer should be enough to put anyone off, studies have shown that female smokers are more likely to go into menopause earlier than non-smokers. They’re also more likely to experience more frequent as well as more intense symptoms, particularly hot flashes. So what’s a woman to do?   Lifestyle changes aside, you have several treatment options that include taking hormone therapy and medications like low-dose antidepressants. Still, many women prefer to go the natural route and this is where things can get murky. For example, black cohosh is a herb commonly used with the intention of improving the symptoms of menopause, including hot flashes. However, there’s not enough evidence to suggest it’s effective and there’s no guarantee you’re ever buying a product containing the very particular variant of herb proposed to suppress the flash. Fortunately, not every natural option is a gamble and this is where Lady Prelox fits in – a million miles ahead of the competition.  Patented and proven  A patented estrogen-free health supplement, Lady Prelox contains premium plant-based ingredients that include Pycnogenol® (a derivative of French maritime pine bark extract), Rosvita® (rosehip extract) and two amino acids – L-Arginine and L-Citrulline. Together, they’ve been clinically proven to significantly improve hot flashes and night sweats in peri-menopausal women in as little as four weeks! Better yet, it wasn’t just the study’s participants’ ability to beat the heat that improved. Lady Prelox also enhanced their ability to focus and reduced their feelings of anxiety.  But wait – there’s more!  As if these weren’t all the reasons you’d need to consider Lady Prelox a must for any woman entering the next phase of life, there’s another big benefit you’ll want to know about: Lady Prelox is also clinically proven to boost sexual function and satisfaction in women between 37 and 45 by a whopping 88%. It’s also proven to boost sexual satisfaction in menopausal and even post-menopausal women by 60% and more. Again, these improvements were all evident within just 30 days. Talk about a brilliant bonus! If you’re struggling with hot flashes and other menopause-related symptoms – or simply want to enhance your sex life – Lady Prelox really is the obvious all-natural solution.  Visit: https://www.preloxrange.co.za/ for more information

Irregular periods? Consider an all-natural solution like Ovaria

When life is busy, weeks fly by like days. Unless you’re tracking your period via an app or pay close attention to the calendar, you might not even notice should you miss a period. Also, if you’re dealing with a spotty cycle or taking birth control to actively “skip” a period, it can be even harder to keep track. Still, once you realise you’re not menstruating the way you expect to, it’s a sign that shouldn’t be ignored. Why is my period irregular? First up, every woman is different and lots of things can affect the way they experience menstruation. However, your period could be considered irregular if the time between them starts to change or the duration begins to vary significantly. In this case, make an appointment to chat with your doctor or gynaecologist. The causes of a period gone astray really do run the gamut and can range from overdoing it in the exercise department to having fibroids (typically non-cancerous muscular tumours) growing in your uterus. Still, one of the most common conditions that can cause an irregular period is an all-too-common hormonal disorder, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). According to the South African Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, it affects as many as 20% of our country’s women in their childbearing years and is linked to 40% of its cases of female infertility. The good news, however, is that it’s very treatable and the negative effect it can have on your fertility can, in many cases, be reversed. It’s all about your hormones To understand PCOS – as well as how to treat and beat it – realise that the root cause is unbalanced hormones. To start, sufferers typically produce more androgen (the male hormone). This causes the ovaries to not release an egg each month and other negative effects include oily skin, an increase in acne and excessive hair growth – often in unwanted places such as on your face! Another hormone that goes haywire when you’ve got PCOS? Insulin. In fact, as many as 70% of PCOS sufferers will also be insulin resistant. In this case, your body starts to produce an excessive amount of insulin because it’s stopped responding to the important message this hormone signals – that it’s time to use the sugar in your blood for energy. Instead, the glucose just languishes in your veins, elevating your bloody sugar levels, and eventually gets stored away as fat. This is why being insulin resistant and struggling to lose weight, particularly around the belly area, go hand in hand. It’s also why suffering from PCOS and not treating it can dramatically increase your risk of developing diabetes. Bring back the balance Clearly, having an irregular period isn’t something you want to ignore so chat with your doctor to get a diagnosis. If it turns out to be PCOS, get onto a treatment plan as soon as possible for the sake of your fertility and your health. This might involve making lifestyle changes, like scheduling more treadmill time and improving your diet, as well as taking prescription medication that will help balance your hormones. A proven all-natural solution Another way you can ease the symptoms of PCOS is via a proven supplement – Ovaria by Lamelle Pharmaceuticals A great tasting powder that can be added to any liquid, Ovaria contains a blend of all-natural ingredients including Myo-inositol. This naturally occurring carbohydrate won’t aggravate insulin resistance. Instead, it helps to regulate your body’s response to it, reducing your risk of developing diabetes as well as other PCOS-related complications. Better yet, when you manage your insulin levels, you’ll reduce your androgen levels. As a result, Ovaria can support weight loss while reducing the severity of acne as well as excessive hair growth. The other great thing about Ovaria is that it’s clinically proven. Studies show it can restore the regularity of your menstrual cycle and increase your ovulation rate to enhance your fertility in as little as 16 weeks! The bottom line If you discover your irregular period is being caused by PCOS, know that you’re not alone. There are lots of ways you can treat it and one of the most natural, non-prescription as well as proven solutions is Ovaria. It’s helped ease the PCOS symptoms of hundreds of woman around the globe so why shouldn’t you be one of them?

Struggling with infertility? Prelox for men can improve the health of your sperm

As a man, chances are you’ve spent a period of your life ensuring you don’t impregnate your partner. But what happens when the time is right to make a baby? Only couples trying to conceive without success will know the true frustration of fertility problems. However, they’re definitely not alone. According to the World Health Organization, data suggests that as many as 186 million individuals are affected by infertility. In the eyes of many, infertility is considered a “women’s problem” but this is hardly the case. In fact, global statistics suggest that just as many men experience fertility challenges. Fortunately, many of these issues can be resolved – sometimes with something as simple as making a few lifestyle changes. For example, heavy alcohol use, smoking cigarettes, abusing drugs and being overweight can all negatively impact the health of your sperm. Still, if you’re already living on the straight and narrow without any success in the baby making department, you might want to consider a science-backed supplement that could make a dramatic difference in as little as one month – Prelox by Lamelle Pharmaceuticals. Potent and proven Created by Lamelle Pharmaceuticals, Prelox is proven to deliver significant improvements in male fertility with no negative side effects. It does this by improving the health of your sperm and increasing its number as well as its motility. (The latter is important because it has a long way to travel, so it needs a healthy “tale”, allowing it to journey all the way to the ovaries. Your sperm also needs to have a well-formed head so that it can anchor itself in an egg.) One double-blind clinical trial revealed that, after taking Prelox for just 30 days, men generated a whopping 93% more healthy, well-formed sperm and saw a 55,5% improvement in motility. It also improved the concentration of healthy sperm by an amazing 83%. It’s all about oxidation We all know that consuming a range of antioxidants is vital for good health. This helps neutralise damaging free radicals that negatively affect every cell in our bodies, including those of your sperm. This is why Prelox contains Pycnogenol, a powerful antioxidant that can help you create strong, healthy sperm that’s up to the task of travelling as well as successful implanting. It also contains L-Arginine, an amino acid that stimulates your body to produce more endothelial nitric oxide (e-NOS). Studies have shown that e-NOS can have a significant effect when it comes to stimulating sperm motility. In a way, you could think of it as a pre-race triple espresso for a sluggish sperm! The bottom line In short, if you’ve been struggling with infertility, it’s always a good idea to chat to your doctor as many things can contribute to this all too common problem. However, in many cases, this can be rectified with the simple yet ingenious patented supplement, Prelox. You’d only need to take two capsules a day and there are no negative side effects to worry about – only the proven fact that it improves the health of every cell in your body, including that of your sperm. With nothing to lose and everything to gain – including a precious bundle of joy – it makes sense to want to reap the benefits.  www.preloxrange.co.za

Failure to ovulate? Ovaria by Lamelle Pharmaceuticals could be your simple fertility solution

As the creators of Ovaria, a leading ovarian-health nutritional supplement for women with PCOS, we know your ovaries are an amazing organ. While they’re merely the size of an almond, they can hold up to millions of eggs. Not all of these will mature to become – quite literally – ripe and ready for fertilisation but the average woman can expect to release around 300 to 400 of them. But what happens when you don’t? Many women experience regular periods, but they’re not necessarily producing eggs. It’s only when they start trying to get pregnant – and failing – that they realise they might be dealing with a fertility issue. If this is your situation, your doctor might diagnose you with failure to ovulate. While the term might sound scary, this condition is often reversible. It’s also extremely common. As many as 40% of all women dealing with fertility issues are failing to ovulate and it can be caused by several factors. These include gynaecological conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endocrine problems like a thyroid condition and even your weight. The one thing that all these conditions have in common is unregulated hormones. (Yep, it’s true. Having too little or too much body fat can affect your hormone levels to the point that they can’t help your body produce an egg.) Bring back the balance If you suspect you’re simply not ovulating, you should always chat to your doctor. They’ll be able to run a series of simple tests that will give them a clear idea of your hormonal profile and ovarian health. As far as treatment goes, this will always depend on what’s causing your hormonal imbalance. Potential options include taking oral medication or hormone injections. You might also need to make lifestyle changes to help you manage your stress levels and weight – two things that don’t require a prescription pad. However, if you’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, you might also want to consider a cutting-edge supplement like Ovaria. It’s clinically proven to increase the ovulation rate of PCOS sufferers in just 16 weeks! How does it work? Made from naturally-occurring ingredients, Ovaria contains Myo-inositol, a member of the vitamin B-complex vitamin group as well as the mineral Chromium. Together, they can activate the signalling pathways that regulate your thyroid hormones as well as how your body uses insulin. The latter is important as research shows that women with insulin resistance (an impaired response to insulin that results in high blood sugar) are at a much greater risk for fertility challenges. Also, by regulating your insulin levels, you’ll improve your ovaries function and this normalises your androgen carriers, thereby regulating the male hormones in your body. Ultimately, your hormones are always entwined in an intricate ballet. If one of them is off-kilter, it’s always going to have a knock-on effect on the other. This is why, by normalising your insulin, you can reduce your androgen levels. And the result? It’s often the normalisation of the menstrual cycle and enhanced fertility! Spotlight on insulin     For the record – an irregular period and a struggle with fertility – are both symptoms of PCOS, along with weight gain, acne and unwanted hair growth. This makes sense because 80% of women with PCOS also have insulin resistance. Still, even those who don’t have insulin resistance, will struggle with insulin resistant ovaries or ovaries that are challenged by how they use insulin – as well as well as higher than normal androgen levels. As Ovaria addresses all of these things, it’s become a leading supplement to help PCOS sufferers manage their condition.  The bottom line Ultimately, if you’ve been trying to get pregnant and find it to be an unexpected challenge, it’s time to see your doctor. Many things could be causing your problem and it might even be due to your partner’s health, not yours. But if you have been diagnosed with PCOS or insulin resistance, consider taking Ovaria. It’s natural, non-prescription and very safe – and has helped to change the lives of many women around the world. So why not yours?  www.ovaria.co.za

Fertility: New Research Says It Might Be Your Metabolism

Struggling to Conceive? New Research Shows a Possible Underlying Cause NEW: Natural, Safe and Effective Female Fertility Supplement The strange link between problems conceiving and insulin resistance – and how it points to a poorly understood and underdiagnosed ovarian health condition affecting 1 in 10 women OR Once-a-day ovarian health: Two flavours, super easy to mix and take daily for a host of fertility, hormonal and metabolic benefits – new Ovaria by Lamelle  Is there anything more monumental for a couple than having a baby? No. Not even the wedding day or those eventual milestones when Baby starts growing up can compare to the pregnancy and the birth – officially starting a family. Yet, more and more today, it just doesn’t happen for everyone. And it’s devastating for a woman when you just don’t conceive. Is it me? What’s wrong with me? And then, when it seems everyone around you is starting their families, there’s the eventual: Why is it only me? But here’s the thing. It’s not only you. The leading cause of infertility According to studies, anovulation (not having your period) is the number-one cause of fertility concerns in women around the world. And new research into a poorly understood and often underdiagnosed condition might hold the answer as to why. Evidence shows that 1 in 10 women could have a condition known as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). A condition that, among a few other worrying effects, is known to cause fertility problems. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Described as a disorder of the hormonal, metabolic and reproductive systems (all at once), women with PCOS often have irregular or absent periods. And it usually goes along with acne, excess hair growth and problems maintaining your weight.  How it causes infertility Doctors found that women with PCOS tend to have a high androgen (male hormone) count in their body. Now, it’s normal for a woman to have some androgens, but abnormally high levels are known to cause hirsutism (hair growth) and often oily and acne-prone skin. What’s more, those same androgens are proven to break down the follicles that make up your ovaries. Causing irregular and missed period and eventually infertility. So, if you’ve ever had a bit of extra hair and acne, maybe some problem maintaining your weight. There might be a link to any problems you experience in conceiving. The good news is that you can talk to your doctor or gynae and have yourself tested. Especially since PCOS is linked to other life-threatening conditions. Linked to insulin resistance New studies show that PCOS actually starts with your metabolism. Researchers realised that the bodies of most women with PCOS have trouble processing insulin, the hormone it uses to extract and store the energy from carbohydrates.  And if your body struggles with insulin, it builds up in your blood and triggers your ovaries to overproduce androgen (male hormone). The technical term for that is hyperandrogenism, and you can probably already guess its symptoms: acne, excess hair growth, weight problems, irregular periods and infertility. Suddenly it all makes sense.  You’re not weird or different. It’s more common than you think. And you can get help right now. If you think you may have PCOS It’s worthwhile making an appointment to have yourself tested. We know how to treat PCOS today. And many women around the world who struggled to conceive were able to get treatment and move on with their lives. In fact, this friendly message if brought to you by Lamelle Pharmaceuticals, who’ve just launched an all-new product that helps promote ovarian health in women with PCOS. Is it time to talk to your man about his fertility?

Many couples want to have a baby and making that happen seems simple enough. But sometimes it isn’t. In this case, wanting may turn into a deep yearning. So much so that a quick scroll through social media, a place where so many share their new baby joy, could feel like walking through a minefield of painful emotions. If you’re one of the many women currently in the yearning place – it’s estimated that 10 to 12% of couples struggling with infertility – chances are you’ll be aware of the stigma. Many people, after becoming aware of your difficulties in becoming pregnant will just assume the problem lies with you. Thing is, infertility is just as often a male condition as it is a female one – with men accounting for up to 50% of the problem. Still, in this case, there’s good news. Often, the cause for a lack of fertility in men is sub-optimal sperm health, something that’s perfectly treatable. But here’s the kicker. Many men don’t like to talk about it. Men are also a lot less likely than women to seek out treatment for it. A lot of this has to do with social conditioning. Harmful notions like “boys don’t cry” and “it’s just a flesh wound – pull yourself together and get on with it” have seen millions of men endure treatable conditions they don’t have to – and lacklustre sperm health is one of them. Win the fight against free radicals!  You might not realise it, but one of the biggest threats to the health of your partner’s sperm is the oxidative stress caused by cell-damaging free radicals. Worse yet, these unstable atoms are everywhere – in the air we breathe thanks to big city pollution and cigarette smoke and even in our food due to pesticides and chemicals used for processing. These can wreak havoc on your partner’s sperm, damaging the head as well as the tail, making it difficult to implant as well as swim. In fact, it can even damage the precious DNA it carries! As we said, modern living makes completely avoiding free radicals incredibly difficult but there are lots of things your partner can do to limit their destruction. One of the best is to change the way they eat, saying no to processed foods and yes to delicious antioxidant-rich meals that include nutrient dense superfoods. Spinach, for example, is a great source of folic acid that may reduce the number of abnormal cells in sperm. They’ll also want to get more exercise and make an effort to reduce their stress levels. Another way they could dramatically boost their sperm health is by using a proven male fertility supplement like Prelox. A proven solution backed by science  Filling up your plate with antioxidant-rich foods is great advice for anybody, but if you’re looking for something scientifically proven to improve sperm health, you’ll want to know about Pycnogenol. A potent antioxidant, it’s the superstar active in Prelox, created by Lamelle Research Laboratories, and proven to deliver significant improvements in male fertility with no side effects. One double-blind clinical trial revealed that, after taking Prelox for just one month, men generated 93% more healthy, normally-formed sperm with a 55,5% improvement in motility.  Aside from packing a powerful free radical-neutralising punch, Prelox also contains the amino acid L-Arginine that boosts the creation of endothelial nitric oxide (e-NOS), something that can dramatically enhance the health of your partner’s sperm. It’s time to talk   If you and your partner have been silently struggling to conceive, perhaps it’s time to talk – to each other as well as to your doctor. Infertility is a very common condition that could be affecting either one of you. Fortunately, if poor quality sperm is the problem, this could be resolved with Prelox. It’s clinically proven to make a dramatic improvement and very easy to purchase without a prescription from all major pharmacies or via https://www.lamellepharmaceuticals.co.za/. Perhaps it’s all you need to make the difference that can change your life?

Could you have PCOS and not even know it?

Despite being incredibly common, affecting around 1 in 10 women, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is still one of the most underdiagnosed conditions around. So much so that, of those who have it, only 1 in 3 will be diagnosed. In short, there’s a fair chance you might have it – and a good chance you don’t realise it! PCOS tends to fly under the radar because signs can be easy to miss or attributed to something else. This is why it’s important to be aware of the condition and its symptoms, especially since getting the right treatment can be life-changing.  But first – what is PCOS? PCOS is a hormonal disorder that also affects your metabolism in a way that causes insulin resistance. Ultimately, your body stops listening to insulin’s “instruction” – to convert the sugar in your bloodstream to energy. Instead, after lingering in your blood for too long – essentially raising your blood sugar – the sugar ends up being stored away as fat. This is why those suffering from diabetes as well as PCOS tend to experience weight gain. Another side effect of insulin resistance is that it triggers your ovaries to produce higher-than-normal amounts of androgen, the male hormone. The results manifest invisibly as cysts on your ovaries. The visible signs, however, include acne, excessive hair growth in unwanted places such as your face and irregular or missed periods. If left untreated PCOS can lead to infertility, type 2 diabetes and even cardiovascular disease. In short, if you’ve got it, you really want to diagnose it and treat it. Know the signs The frustrating thing about PCOS is that it’s not always so easy to recognise the symptoms. Life gets busy so we don’t keep track of our periods. Weight gain can be attributed to getting older or skipping out on gym. That recent spate of chin pimples? Perhaps that’s just “maskne” or a stress breakout.  To make things even trickier, not every woman will develop all the signs. After all, it’s not unusual to develop PCOS and never spot as much as a single chin hair, let alone develop a mustache. Other less obvious symptoms include insomnia, fatigue and a craving for carbohydrates as well as anxiety or depression. When you consider that list, it’s easy to see how they could all be overlooked as just the side-effect of a stressful life mid-pandemic and not an extremely common syndrome. So here’s the good news   If you suspect you have PCOS you’ll be glad to know there’s a lot you can do about it but your first step is to visit your doctor or gynaecologist. They’ll be able to ask the right questions and run a simple series of tests to help you get a diagnosis. As far as treatment is concerned, this could include medication as well as making certain lifestyle changes. For example, eating a low glycaemic index (GI) diet and getting regular exercise will help you manage your blood sugar levels.  You can also manage your condition with our brand new ovarian health nutritional supplement – Ovaria by Lamelle Pharmaceuticals. It contains 4000mg of Myo-Inositol, the required dose clinically proven to reduce the symptoms of PCOS of women in their fertile era.  A naturally occurring sugar associated with the vitamin B family, Myo-Inositol helps reduce your androgen levels by normalising your blood’s insulin levels. The result is an improvement in many PCOS symptoms including weight gain, acne and hair growth. In fact, Ovaria is proven to reduce unwanted hair growth by 29% in just 6 months. It can also increase your ovulation rate – improving your chance of getting pregnant – in as little as 16 weeks and help normalise your menstrual cycle. You’re not alone  Ultimately, if you suspect you might be suffering from PCOS, don’t hesitate to chat with your doctor today. An early diagnosis means the sooner you’ll enjoy a better quality of your life while reducing your risk of PCOS-related conditions like diabetes. As far as treatment options go, you’ll have several to choose from and all of them can be enhanced by Ovaria. You’re not alone. Together, we can help put you back on the path to wellness.  Learn more: https://lamelle.co.za/ovaria

Yes, it’s possible to enjoy a satisfying sex life at EVERY stage of life

Nothing stays the same forever. It’s just the way of life and it’s usually a good thing. Can you imagine still wearing that fringe you cut in your early twenties? Still, our evolution affects everything, including the way we experience intimacy. Much of this has to do with how our hormones change as we head into menopause –the commencement of our menstrual cycle. While this change of life is marked by physical symptoms such as those infamous hot flushes, many women will also experience a lower sex drive, vaginal dryness and painful sex. Still, this isn’t the only time we experience a sexual shift. We also have perimenopause to deal with –the slow, creeping transition into menopause that simply isn’t talked about enough. It usually starts in your 40s but many women begin to experience it in their 30s. The symptoms include fatigue, mood swings and trouble sleeping – things most women trying to crush it in the workspace or raise children would assume were par for the course. But there are other signs too. These include a lower sex drive and the kind of vaginal dryness that could make having sex uncomfortable or impossible without lubricant. In fact, desire and arousal phase disorders are the most common sexual problems for ANY women and up to 63% of them complain of at least one of them. But again, many women are slow to talk about these more intimate symptoms and most simply write off as a side effect of their crazy-busy lifestyle, not realising it’s actually part of a life stage and there’s a lot you can do to improve it.  Enter Lady Prelox  At Lamelle Research Laboratories, we know that women want more – especially when it comes to the six domains of sexual function – desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasms, satisfaction and no pain. While women are quick to tell us that sexual satisfaction is the most important, we understand you need to tick the other boxes to feel truly satisfied. This is why we developed Lady Prelox –a patented female intimacy supplement.  The first evidence-based female sexual function formula, Lady Prelox is proven to be efficacious in hundreds of women in 3 clinical trials. These were performed using the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), a globally-recognised self-assessment test that evaluates all six of the domains. The studies also didn’t just involve one type of women. They covered those that were pre-menopausal and peri-menopausal as well as post-menopausal and the results were outstanding for every single group. In the pre-menopausal group, supplementation with Lady Prelox improved their overall FSFI scores within just four weeks. Those in the peri-menopausal group benefitted magnificently too. In fact, their total FSFI score improved by 60% after a month and 70% after two months! Lady Prelox also made a dramatic difference to those in the postmenopausal group, improving their FSFI score in all six domains. Better yet, Lady Prelox increased this group’s reaching orgasm domain by a whopping 71% within just four weeks. What’s not to love?  Get the intimacy you deserve  When you have everything to gain, don’t settle. Life is busy and complicated, and many things can negatively affect how you experience intimacy –from deadlines and screaming babies to the natural changes we’ll all experience at the hands of time. But it doesn’t have to be that way.  Take the FSFI test for yourself over here. If you’re not hitting the high scores the way you’d like to, consider Lady Prelox. It’s clinically proven to enhance your desire, pleasure and comfort so you can enjoy the intimacy you deserve–at every stage of life: https://www.mdapp.co/female-sexual-function-index-fsfi-questionnaire-calculator-219/ For more information visit: www.lamelle.co.za By Lamelle Research Laboratories

Improve Your Intimate Experience Naturally

Let’s start talking about vaginal dryness. You’re not alone and there’s a lot you can do about it Meet up with a group of women and chances are you’ll leave with some great recommendations. The best hairdresser in town. Where to find the plumpest avocados at a price that won’t break the bank. But what about a solution for vaginal dryness? It’s something we aren’t quick to talk about and yet it affects so many us. In fact, 63% of women over the age of 30 will experience some form of sexual discomfort or problem. Fortunately, thanks to brilliant strides in medical innovation, we’re beginning to understand what causes it as well as how to treat it.  The stress connection  When Taylor Swift said “You need to calm down” she might as well have been dispensing medical advice. Too much stress has a massive impact on every aspect of your health. Still, booking that online yoga class can only do so much. Modern living is a stressful business and not just in the psychological sense.  Every day, we’re exposed to an onslaught of oxidative stressors that range from environmental toxins such as air pollution to the result of making poor food choices. These create damaging free radicals that trigger a chain reaction of havoc that affects all your organs, including your sexual ones and those that control your sex drive.  One of the main ways this oxidative stress wrecks damage is by depleting your body’s nitric oxide supply, a substance that’s vital for the health of your vessels. This messes with your blood circulation and has a negative impact on your sexual health. The result? Vaginal dryness, discomfort, lower sex drive and diminished satisfaction. Bump up that blood flow Clearly, oxidative stress and a lack of blood flow is a real problem. Fortunately, there’s a lot you can do to mitigate it – including using a supplement that specifically targets the issue – Lamelle Research Laboratories Lady Prelox (R500 for 60 capsules).  Lady Prelox is an all-natural estrogen-free supplement clinically proven to boost sexual function and satisfaction in women between 37 and 45 by 88% within one month and by up to 126% in two months! It’s even proven to boost sexual satisfaction in menopausal (45–55) and even post-menopausal (50+) women by 60% and more. A brilliant blend Ever heard of the powerhouse antioxidant Pycnogenol? Derived from French Maritime Pine Bark Extract, it’s a brilliant oxidative stress-buster that can help improve circulation. This makes it the star ingredient of Lady Prelox, along with Rosvita, a rosehip extract that’s a great source of vitamin C essential to healthy psychological function.  Lady Prelox also contains L-Citrulline and L-Arginine, two non-essential amino acids that work together to increase your body’s nitric oxide production. This regulates blood flow to your sexual organs to enhance their function. Expect an improvement in the vaginal dryness department, the easing of discomfort, a higher sex drive and a lot more satisfaction. The latter is because, as nitric oxide increases blood flow to the clitoris, it creates an increase in pressure that’s essential to orgasm. What’s not to love? PCOS: You’re Not Alone – A Plea for Ovarian Health Consciousness

Acne, weight problems, excess hair, irregular periods – what if it’s all connected? This new ovarian health research asks you to take a minute for yourself and reflect … Every day, millions of women of every age and culture look at themselves in the mirror and see something that no one else does. We see that little bit of weight no diet or lifestyle changes seem to be able to fix. The excess oil, unwanted hairs and pimples that just won’t go away. We look straight past the beauty that’s there and see the girl who needs medication to have a normal period. Or the woman who’s umpteenth pregnancy test has come back negative. And we ask: why me? Why can’t I be normal? Funny thing is, that’s almost all of us. We just don’t talk about it. And perhaps it’s time that changed. Turns out, you’re not alone Over the past few years, doctors and researchers have been looking into a poorly understood and underdiagnosed ovarian health condition, known as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). And we’ve made a few startling discoveries along the way. PCOS impacts your ovaries and can cause infertility, and it’s usually only discovered when a woman struggles to conceive. But new research says that PCOS can show up at any age and as some of the most common “everyday” symptoms women experience today: Irregular, missed (or absent) menstrual cycles Weight loss or weight gain (the kind that you feel you can’t control) Acne, pimples and oily skin Excess hair growth And, in later life, difficulty falling pregnant Recognise these? The message is: You’re not alone. Research has shown 1 in every 10 women might have PCOS. What is PCOS really? New studies show that PCOS actually starts with your metabolism. If you think you might have PCOS Now, of course, not every pimple or stray hair indicates a serious underlying cause. But if you’ve really been battling with one or more of these conditions, the good news is you can get yourself tested and know for sure. Your doctor or gynae will be able to advise. And it doesn’t matter what age you are. In your teens, you might just want some answers about your weight, acne, hair growth and those times you missed your period. Or, if you want to start a family, you might already have some trouble conceiving. Even later in life, if you’ve had some of these symptoms and just want to make sure the insulin part doesn’t become something more serious (yes, PCOS has been linked to diabetes). Just know, PCOS can be managed. In fact, we at Lamelle Pharmaceuticals have developed an exciting new product specifically to complement the treatment of PCOS and promote ovarian health. Have a look: INTRODUCING: ALL-NEW OVARIA Using an inspired blend of ingredients, including a naturally-occurring sugar that’s part of the vitamin B family, Ovaria is a brand-new ovarian-health nutritional supplement whose ingredients are proven to be just as effective as traditional treatments (metformin or glucophage) for PCOS, but without any of the side effects. The naturally-occurring ingredients in Ovaria bind to cell receptors, activating the signalling pathways that regulate thyroid hormones and, most importantly, insulin in the body. This means Ovaria helps normalise blood insulin levels, which normalises androgen and improves the symptoms of PCOS. THE INGREDIENTS IN OVARIA ARE PROVEN TO Increase ovulation rate in 16 weeks Increase menstruation cycles  Reduce hirsutism (excess hair growth) by 29% in 6 months THE BENEFITS OF OVARIA Improves ovulation to enhance fertility in women Normalises the menstrual cycle – in case of period problems Improves insulin resistance – useful for managing weight problems Improves blood glucose level (fasting glucose) Reduces hirsutism – used for hair growth problems Reduces the severity of acne – used for acne problems Improves insulin resistance, reducing type 2 diabetes risk and its complications Reduces blood androgens – used for acne, excess hair and sebum NEW OVARIA FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE Ovaria is a nutritional supplement that comes in powder form. Let’s change the conversation around female sexuality this Women’s Month

Did you know that 63% of women over 30 experience some form of sexual discomfort or problem? That’s more than half, or every second woman you see every day. We just don’t realise, because us women internalise so well: What’s wrong with me? All my friends seem fine, so why is it just me? The truth is it’s not just you. It’s you and almost every woman around you. And science is only now beginning to understand how our stressful modern-day lives impact our sexual drive and function.  Fortunately, knowledge is power. This Women’s Month, we can change the conversation about our sexuality. My periods are irregular – is this menopause? Probably only if you’re approaching 50. Menopause is a reality between 45 and 55, but irregular periods can happen long before that – almost at any age. Irregular periods (oligomenorrhea) can happen when your body experiences hormonal imbalances and changes in hormone levels (like when taking contraceptives or falling pregnant). But new research suggests that stress, pollution and environmental damagers trigger a cascade of damage inside the body that has a devastating effect on your sex organs, suppressing your body’s production of the vital sex hormone estrogen. Scientists believe that this is the reason behind more and more women showing symptoms of hormonal changes earlier in life. For the first time in my life, I’m experiencing vaginal dryness and sex is uncomfortable, is this normal? For too many women, yes, it’s becoming very common. Our modern-day lives increasingly expose us to internal and external damagers that create Reactive Oxygen Species and free radicals, which ravage the cells in our bodies (known as oxidative stress). And, worryingly, oxidative stress seems to have a huge impact on the organs that control our sexual drive a function. Oxidative stress depletes the vital vein- and sexual-health compound, nitric oxide, in our bodies, which causes symptoms such as dryness, discomfort, as well as lower sex drive and satisfaction. All of which can put a great deal of stress on you and your relationship. But it needn’t become the norm. We’re finding exciting new ways to counteract the damage. Why are my moods so unpredictable? Mood swings are very common when there are hormonal changes happening inside your body. That’s why we have commonly held beliefs of premenstrual mood swings, and that mood swings indicate approaching menopause. But, again, unpredictable moods don’t necessarily mean menopause. Oxidative stress depleting nitric oxide in your body can cause the type of hormonal changes that lead to mood swings at any age – or at least long before actual menopause. I really battle to “get in the mood” – is there something wrong with me? No, there’s very seldom something “wrong” personally. A decrease in libido/desire is usually a normal psychological (mental) response to the physiological (physical) damage in your organs.  The oxidative stress that’s depleting nitric oxide and causing changes in hormones and sexual drive and function – the stuff that’s causing dryness and discomfort during sex – will often trigger a natural response in your brain to try and avoid the uncomfortable situation. Your brain is very clever, and, if it realises that you feel embarrassed or uncomfortable during intimacy, it will often trick you into avoiding sex in the future. Fortunately, we have exciting new ways to treat both the physical and psychological effects around sexuality. I don’t feel confident and my sex life is dwindling. How can I improve intimacy with my partner? Firstly, this is natural in every relationship. A couple’s physical intimacy doesn’t stay constant during a relationship, it often requires work to maintain beyond the “honeymoon phase”. According to PhD Julie Jones for PsychCentral, building on emotional intimacy is a powerful key: Learn to be curious again. We often become wrapped up in defending our own opinions in relationships, losing our need to understand the other person’s point of view. Actively trying to understand (without giving up your own opinion) creates empathy, which builds intimacy. Jones also says that “surprise generosity” boosts intimacy: Make yourself available in a new or different way. You could offer to do the chore your partner always complains about or offer to go with them to the place/activity you usually skip because it’s not your “thing”. Lastly, be selfish for all the right reasons: Invest in yourself. Remember that your partner was first attracted to you because they saw something different and unique in you. That’s powerful. Nurture it. Take care of yourself. Invest in your wellness, your personal development and your mindfulness. When you’re feeling your best, you bring an important vitality to your relationship.  BOOST SEXUAL HEALTH BY 88% Lamelle Research Laboratories understands how oxidative stress impacts a woman’s sexual drive, desire, function and satisfaction. Fertility Facts by Lamelle Research Laboratories

Male infertility refers to the inability of a male to achieve a pregnancy in a fertile female. In humans it accounts for 40-50% of infertility. This is commonly due to deficiencies in the semen, and semen quality is used as a surrogate measure of male fertility.
