Hatfield Online School was birthed out of our campus school, Hatfield Christian School, based in Pretoria. In 2008 we started our online school with 4 students. Our dream was to impact the next generation through technology, making education accessible to all. Since then, we have grown to a school enrolling over one thousand students per year!

We offer three programmes:
- Full-time students between grades 7 and 12 are provided with a comprehensive, in-depth IEB curriculum. Fully qualified teachers provide instruction, assessment and accreditation. We offer 9 subjects in grade 7, 12 subjects in grades 8 and 9, and 17 subjects in grades 10 to 12.
- Our single subject offering is available to all grade 7 to 12 students wishing to take an extra subject that their school does not provide teaching support in. This is ideal for grade 10s to 12s wishing to take an 8th or even 9th subject without compromising on teaching support; and also for students wishing to, for example, take Sepedi or isiZulu when it is not offered at their school. We also assist grade 12s wishing to improve their marks through matric re-writes or full portfolio upgrades.
- Through the school-based option, we are able to share our high-quality curriculum with accredited schools across the country. In this way, schools that may not have the capacity to teach specialised subjects themselves, are enabled to provide their students with an uncompromised IEB education.

We follow an asynchronous teaching model, which means your child can conduct their education any place, at any pace and any time. You structure your own timetable according to your unique circumstances - for example you can fit in a rigorous sports training schedule, and adjust school times around that.
Hatfield Online School is the perfect solution for students wishing to take an extra subject that their school does not provide teaching support in. We also assist grade 12s wishing to improve their IEB marks through matric re-writes or full portfolio upgrades.
