  1. It’s always tricky, but once we started swapping out all these “fake” foods with healthier options the kids really thrive!! It’s hard in the beginning but once they get used to it it’s all they want!! My kidos absolutely love fruit, yogurt, oats and so much more alternatives to unhealthy foods!!
