Our popular Baby Banz Hatz were originally designed in Australia for one of the world’s toughest UV environments.
Baby Banz Hatz have been clinically tested to Australian Standards for Fabric UV protection and have a UPF rating of 50+. The hat is adjustable to fit a range of sizes with our new back overlapping velcro closure!These hats also carry the South African CANSA 50+ sticker of endorsement!
Baby Adventure Banz have an embedded silicone nose and brow piece for added comfort! Baby Banz were originally designed in Australia for one of the world’s toughest UV environments. Clinically tested by one of the world’s leading authorities on sunglasses, Baby Banz have passed the most stringent standards on sunglasses in the world.
Baby Banz are made of neoprene, which is the same material as used in wetsuits; this is water resistant, can be cleaned with a damp cloth, and is comfortable and adjustable.
There are 2 sizes – Baby and Kidz. The ‘Baby’ size will fit infants from birth to approximately 2 years, and the ‘Kidz’ from 2 until approximately 6 years old. If your little one is not small then the Kidz size could fit from 1 year old. The lenses are made of 100% polycarbonate, which offers total (100%) UV protection and is the strongest lens material available, and virtually shatterproof.
