David Lorge is a young and vibrant coach. After the death of his father David suffered with tremendous anxiety, depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy was the only thing that helped him overcome this. He studied Psychology At the University of South Africa and completed his honours at the end of 2013. David has worked as a mentor and cognitive facilitator at King David Sandton for the past three years. David opted to go into coaching and not mainstream psychology as there is less of a stigma attached to coaching and children feel far more comfortable going to a coach. David is passionate about helping children as he understands and empathises with the struggles that modern day society imposes on our children.
