Fruit And Nut Smoothie Bowl:

Start your day fresh with this delicious Fruit and Nut Breakfast Smoothie Bowl.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup vanilla ice-cream (optional)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 tbs chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Water enough to soak chia seeds

Method:

Start with soaking chia seeds in warm water for 15 mins.

Once the chia seeds swell up, transfer them to a blender. Add rest of the ingredients and blend well.

Transfer this to a serving bowl, and garnish it with fruits, nuts, and cereal of your choice.

Serve.
