In the following recipes, I have cooked quinoa and oats with an apple and few dates. I have flavored this porridge with little cinnamon powder and cardamom seeds. The warm aroma of cinnamon makes this porridge a nutritious comfort food. Quinoa is one of the healthiest grains for babies. It is full of fiber, calcium, iron and folate along with anti-inflammatory benefits.

Dates are a great source of fiber. Besides relieving constipation, they are a good source for maintaining bone health and strength.
