Apple Crumble Smoothie

Ingredients
• 2 stewed apples Apples can be peeled and cooked in the microwave a 1 -2 minutes, pierce them well.
• 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2/3 cup cup ice cream sugar free ice cream can be used
• 4 tablespoons plain low fat yoghurt
• 2 cups ice
• 1 whole wheat digestive biscuit crumbled

Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients, excluding the biscuit, into a blender and process for 1 minute.
2. Pour into a glass and top with the crumbled biscuit.
