Anytime Cereal Bars

100g unsalted butter
80ml brown sugar
80ml golden syrup
Pinch of salt
(Melted on the stove)

6 pieces dried mango, chopped
3 dried apricots, chopped
60ml sultanas
1 ½ cups oats
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
60ml coconut
1 cup Rice Krispies
(Combine all the ingredients together. Place into a prepared baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.)

Take out and allow too cool first. Once hard, cut into squares.
Fabulous for lunch boxes at school – great energy snack.
